We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at this year’s Belgrade Rakija Fest, which will be held under the slogan “SHOW ME YOUR SPIRIT!” on April 25–26, 2026, at the EXPO PLAYGROUND hall of the Belgrade Fair.

The festival is the central regional event dedicated to promoting rakija culture, advancing the market, and connecting producers, enthusiasts, and consumers of rakija in Serbia and the wider region. Once again this year, Belgrade Rakija Fest is held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

This year’s festival will bring together more than 60 exhibitors from Serbia and abroad, presenting products in the categories of rakija, gin, liqueurs, and other spirits, as well as food and drink pairings, accompanied by a series of master class workshops focused on education in the fields of rakija and food consumption.

The festival takes place in the attractive and interactive EXPO PLAYGROUND venue, offering innovative experiences for both exhibitors and visitors across more than 2,400 m². For the first time, exhibitors will be able to participate through PREMIUM packages, which include visibility on numerous advertising panels, projectors, and the large central screen that dominates the venue.

Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to present their products in the “food corner”, which will be located in front of the main entrance to EXPO PLAYGROUND throughout the duration of the festival.

• Each exhibitor is required to submit a properly completed application to the organizer. Upon receipt of the application, the organizer will provide payment instructions or a pro forma invoice to each exhibitor.
• In the event of cancellation of a previously announced and reserved participation, if the festival organizer is not notified in writing at least 15 days prior to the start of the Belgrade Rakija Fest, the completed and submitted application shall be considered irrevocable. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the festival organization, the organizer reserves the right to claim the amount defined therein from the exhibitor.
• Opening hours of the Belgrade Rakija Fest are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Exhibitor rights may not be transferred to other companies or individuals, and no exhibitor is permitted to sublease or assign part or all of the contracted exhibition space.
• Exhibitors select their category exclusively in accordance with the available packages, while final positioning is determined by the organizer in line with the festival concept and exhibitor needs.
• Exhibition tables will be installed from Friday, April 24, until Saturday, April 25 at 6:00 AM, allowing exhibitors to set up their stands between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the festival day, April 25.
• Exhibitors are required to remove their goods immediately after the conclusion of the festival.
• The organizer is not responsible for any material damage, theft, or injuries to exhibitors or visitors during the festival.
• Exhibitors are advised to adequately insure their exhibition items, equipment for which they are responsible, and personal belongings.
• Exhibitors may conduct sales using their own fiscal cash registers.
• The organizer bears no responsibility for sales conducted in violation of applicable laws.
• The organizer reserves the right to use photographs taken during the event for promotional purposes and retains the right to select which photographs will be used.
